WHAT IS THE CCIE

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is a vendor qualification certified by Cisco Systems. 

The CCIE is not only the top of the Cisco Certification Program, but also the top of the network. Due to the nature of the CCIE exam (English exam, 8 hours practice exam, high difficulty questions), the CCIE exam is qualified worldwide. In addition, they are highly qualified to work in the network engineer's career change. 

THE TYPES OF CCIE

There are six types of CCIE: The most qualified and most major qualification is "CCIE Routing & Switching". 

First of all, we acquired CCIE Routing & Switching. Other types of CCIEs need this Routing & Switching as the basis of the technology, so in that sense this qualification is the first step towards CCIE.

THE VALUE OFCCIE CERTIFICATION

With the CCIE logo on a business card, it's a high-end qualification that will be an effective card for career changes. 

However, it is important not to expect too much because acquiring a CCIE does not necessarily result in high annual income. In addition, it is important to remember that experience value is the most important thing , and it is important to improve the proposal ability and create many introduction results.CCNA / CCNP will be renewed every 3 years, but CCIE will be renewed every 2 years. 

In the case of CCNA / CCNP, the renewal interval is long, so the cost for maintaining the qualification can be reduced, but for the CCIE, approximately 50,000 yen renewal examination fee will be required every two years, so a high maintenance cost is prepared need to do it.

However, in the case of updating, it is important to coordinate well with your supervisor as a CCIE holder, as the cost of the CCIE written exam is often paid by the company.
